I like to start from this statement to tell you that my will is to put all the passion and experience I have accumulated over the years into my cooking.
Experience and passion that have allowed me to study and work in important kitchens alongside great chefs.
My cuisine starts from tradition, historical recipes that have been wisely handed down, then focuses on the ingredients, which vary according to seasonality, to ensure the highest quality and also reserves a space for evolution, to keep up with the times while respecting taste. Knowledge, technique and taste are the main ingredients that I hope you will enjoy in each of my dishes".
